About us

We have founded Jedwabny Legal in order to create a strong team of experienced lawyers providing high quality legal advice in relation to financing and infrastructure projects.

We have been working for many years for the best international law firms and financial institutions in Poland, London and Luxembourg gathering unique experience in providing high-end legal services as well as understanding business environment. Taking into account that Poland still requires new investments in different sectors of its economy, we want to play an active role in their implementation and execution by advising international financial institutions, banks, public sector (including local authorities and universities) as well as investors and sponsors (including large corporations and SME sector).

Together with carefully selected partners and based on our knowledge and experience, we are able to provide efficient legal support to financiers as well as investors carrying out projects in different sectors (including renewable energy, energy efficiency, public-private partnerships, property sector, acquisitions to name a few). Having an in-depth knowledge of numerous financial products (including international standards), sector knowledge and know-how of all stages of an investment process, we are able to identify and properly address legal risks relating to such process. We are also qualified to provide legal advice under English law.  

Furthermore, our knowledge of financial sector is also well based on our knowledge of standards regulating this sector and we offer advice with regard to the implementation of the EU provisions in this respect (including EMIR and MiFID2).

Our aim is to advise our clients on the implementation of their projects and, at the same time, get to know the way they operate and understand their business approach, each time adapting our services accordingly.

We have founded together with our friends from other countries of the CEE region an integrated cooperation platform which will enable us to expand our geographical coverage to the whole CEE region.
